位在阿里山園區內唯二的飯店，雖然價格偏高，但住房舒適，早晚自助餐也不錯無需下山覓食。觀景平台可看日落，也可安排坐巴士賞日出。到巨木群步道或車站也不會太遠。值得住二晚輕鬆悠閑享受阿里山風情。

飯店的接駁車相當便利，飯店的接待人員的服務態度相當專業，也引導的很好，主動提供隔日的旅遊行程服務，讓我們有充分的時間討論方案。整體的旅行感受很棒👍地點也很方便，距離阿里山車站、沼平車站都很近，有充分的時間可以逛完整個園區。我個人相當推薦會再次光臨。

房屋包含自助晚餐早餐，園區裡健走後，回飯店用餐非常方便，而且餐點算好吃。歷史館的房間真的歷史感十足，蠻有趣的，但房間隔音不行。在7樓觀景台可看黃昏和觀星。十分推薦！飯店接駁車到阿里山站也很方便。

來阿里山就是要住阿里山賓館，原來是訂現代館兩人房，這次直接被升級到家庭房，超舒服的。每年至少來一趟，賓館就在園區裡非常方便，住宿餐飲一點也不馬虎，沒住過會覺得價位偏高，住過後可以用兩個字形容：值得。

酒店地點就在阿里山遊園區內，非常方便。有頻密專車往返旅客中心。清晨也有專車載到阿里山火車站乘坐觀日火車。房間在歷史館，尚算清潔和舒適， Minibar 是免費的。早餐和晚餐的自助餐都很美味和健康。 50年代的咖啡館很有特色。酒店職員相當友善。

到阿里山旅行的住宿首選，在景區內位置極佳，出行方便。工作人員服務態度非常好，酒店內的自助餐菜色豐富美味，集當地特色。最推薦的是頂樓平台，可觀星及夕照雲海，值得推薦。

地點位置優良，服務品質也不錯，櫃檯還有阿里山茶可以喝，詢問阿里山賓館附近的景點，櫃台的先生和小姐也回答的很得體詳細，這邊真的是阿里山住宿的最佳選擇了，只可惜價格貴了一點，排除價格之外，其他真是性價比最高的一間飯店，好飯店值得鼓勵，下次再來阿里山，應該也是會選阿里山賓館，五星級飯店吃得好住的好，推薦！

Stayed at the heritage part of the hotel. Room smelled like cypress wood. Toilet had some leftover hair, towels had some stains, and WiFi wasn't working (didn't feedback as I had connection on my phone). Buffet breakfast and dinner was good. The service staff at the restaurant were also very welcoming and polite. As I stayed a couple of nights, the manager even got the kitchen to prepare sth different for me, which was a really nice touch and made the stay so much better. Hotel was situated near all the trails, which is a big plus for travellers whose main aim is to complete the trails. There is an observation deck for quite a good sunset view and night time photography. If you're taking your own ride from the city area, do note that you must drop off at the tourist visitor station and wait for the shuttle bus, normal cars aren't allowed up to the hotel area. Shuttle bus has a frequency of twice per hour to bring guests to and fro the tourist town.

這次一連住了兩個晚上，雖然早餐及晚餐的菜色有點不合我胃口，不過接駁巴士的服務真的超級滿意，而且飯店的每一個服務人員都非常親切，雖然飯店住房價格真的不便宜，但下次有機會我依然會選擇住在這兒。

The hotel location is extremely good and convenient next to the nature park and forest. Hotel offered regular scheduled shuttle to commute within the nature park and train station and tourist information centre, eatery. Hotel facilities had aged and highly recommended for renovations and refurbishment for the furnitures and fittings. If the hotel operator can be cultivated with current trend - customer oriented service would enhance the quality of guest experiences.
